About Us
Garner Research Institute, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to the empowerment
and support of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU). Our goal is
to preserve the rich history of HBCUs and ensure they continue to make progress,
prosper and grow. HBCUs are an integral part of educational achievements in the
African-American community.
